A comparison & information service
Compare SG is an independent comparison and information platform. Compare SG Rides may show typical fares, usual ranges, journey context and provider information so users can compare options before booking.
We don't operate vehicles or provide transport
Compare SG does not operate vehicles, employ drivers, or provide transport services of any kind. We are not a ride-hailing company, taxi operator, or transportation provider.
Compare SG prices are indicative
Typical fares are indicative and are derived from available pricing observations and journey context. They are not a promise or guarantee of the exact fare that will be available when you book. Current fares must be confirmed with the provider.
Final fares must be confirmed with the provider
Ride prices can change with demand, traffic, time, availability, promotions and provider pricing. The provider app is the source of truth for the final current fare presented to you before booking.
Results may be incomplete
Coverage can differ by provider, route and time. Compare SG does not guarantee that every supported provider will have enough recent evidence for every comparison.
No guarantee of the cheapest provider
A provider may appear to have a lower typical fare based on the available data, but Compare SG does not guarantee the cheapest current fare. Final price and availability must be confirmed with the provider.
We don't complete bookings
Compare SG does not complete bookings or reservations. Provider handoff is only a way to continue to a third-party provider. You confirm the actual price and complete the booking directly with that provider.
Availability & pickup times are set by providers
Vehicle availability, pickup times, service areas and final pricing are determined by the ride providers. Compare SG cannot guarantee that a ride will be available at a particular fare or time.
You book with third-party providers
Any booking you make is a direct transaction between you and the third-party ride provider. You are subject to that provider's terms of service, pricing, and policies.
Not responsible for third-party service quality
Compare SG is not responsible for the quality, safety, timeliness, or conduct of any ride provided by a third-party operator. Any issues with a ride should be directed to the provider.
By using Compare SG, you acknowledge that you understand these terms. Compare SG is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Provider names and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and provider inclusion does not imply partnership or endorsement unless explicitly stated.
